3-Cheese Spinach Chicken Artichoke Casserole

This isn't really a casserole, but I don't have enough casserole recipes. If you're looking for a casserole, this is not a casserole. Do not continue reading with the false knowledge that this is a recipe for a casserole. It isn't a casserole.

Ever wondered how they clear snow off of railroad tracks? It's really not that interesting.
If you don't know, artichokes look like thick unripened pineapples. And if you didn't know, the stem of a pineapple is actually on the bottom part; the green bit on top is just for show.
Artichokes are actually flower buds prior to bloom. There is no pineapple-like green bit on top of an artichoke, and the stem of an artichoke is located at the bottom of the artichoke, but here's the kicker: if an artichoke doesn't have a top thing, where's the bottom?

Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Chicken breast, sliced into small cubes (1 lb.)
Garlic powder (1 1/2 tsp)
Cayenne powder (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Artichoke hearts (one 13.75-oz. can)
Dried basil (1 tsp)
Dried oregano (1 tsp)
Half-and-half (1/2 cup)
Mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese (1/3 cup)
Cream cheese (1/4 cup)
Spinach (2 cups)
Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper, and fry until cooked through.
Add artichokes and let cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in basil, oregano, half-and-half, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir every couple minutes.
Stir in the spinach and continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Dish and serve.
