Brownies with Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • Flour (1 cup)

  • Granulated sugar (1 3/4 cups)

  • Salt (1 tsp)

  • Cocoa powder (3/4 cup)

  • Eggs (2 large)

  • Olive oil (2/3 cup)

  • Water (1/4 cup)

  • Vanilla (1/2 tsp)

  • Dry oats (1 1/2 cups)

  • Chocolate chips (2/3 cup)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder in medium size bowl.

  2. Preheat oven to 325 °F.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, olive oil, water, and vanilla.

  4. Dump in the powder mix, oats, and chocolate chips (into the new bowl) and stir until fully incorporated.

  5. Spread onto a lightly greased baking dish, preferably 8x8 inches, and bake for 20-25 minutes. If your dish is larger, bake for less time.

  6. Let cool and serve with expired milk.
