Buratta Salad

If you plan on using croutons for this dish, eat a bowl of warm soup.

INGREDIENTS

Vinaigrette

  • Olive oil

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Lemon juice

  • Oregano

  • Dijon mustard

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Salad

  • Organic spring greens mix (one 5-oz. package)

  • Basil (1 cup, not packed)

  • Mixed tomatoes (1 pint)

  • Figs, halved (1 cup)

  • Burrata cheese, roughly chopped (1 ball)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Make the dressing: Put all the ingredients in a small bowl or up and mix with a fork.

  2. The rest: Put greens, basil, tomatoes, figs, burrata cheese, and dressing in a salad bowl and toss until combined.
