Chocolate Coffee

  • Ground espresso (18 g or however much you use for a standard cup of coffee)

  • Cocoa powder (1 tbsp)

  • Granulated white sugar (1 1/2 tbsp)

  • Milk (4 tbsp)


  1. Make espresso. Stir in cocoa powder and sugar.

  2. Pour milk into a microwave-safe bowl or cup. Whisk for about a minute (until bubbly), cover with plate or saucer, and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour milk into coffee mug, waving the bowl/cup back and forth rapidly to create a leaf-like shape. Serve.

This chocolate cocoa coffee drink is a desert for early morning breakfast. With milk and sugar, you can whip up a cup in 5 minutes easy. This is a very simple recipe and tastes delicious.
