Ground espresso (18 g or however much you use for a standard cup of coffee)
Cocoa powder (1 tbsp)
Granulated white sugar (1 1/2 tbsp)
Milk (4 tbsp)
Make espresso. Stir in cocoa powder and sugar.
Pour milk into a microwave-safe bowl or cup. Whisk for about a minute (until bubbly), cover with plate or saucer, and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour milk into coffee mug, waving the bowl/cup back and forth rapidly to create a leaf-like shape. Serve.
