Egg Salad Sandwich

Eggs, hard-boiled (7)
Mayonnaise (1/3 cup)
Sour cream (1 tbsp)
Yellow or Dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
Celery, chopped (1/3 cup)
Onions, minced (1/4 cup)
Dill (1 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Bread, sliced (about 3 servings' worth -- 6 slices)
Lettuce (optional amount)
Peel eggs and place in a medium-size bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard and mash with fork to a desired consistency (about until the chunks of egg look like chopped onions).
Mix in celery, onions, dill, and salt.
Spoon and spread out egg mixture onto a slice of bread. Top with lettuce and other bread slice. Serve.
