Egg Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs, hard-boiled (7)

  • Mayonnaise (1/3 cup)

  • Sour cream (1 tbsp)

  • Yellow or Dijon mustard (1 tbsp)

  • Celery, chopped (1/3 cup)

  • Onions, minced (1/4 cup)

  • Dill (1 tsp)

  • Salt (1/2 tsp)

  • Bread, sliced (about 3 servings' worth -- 6 slices)

  • Lettuce (optional amount)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel eggs and place in a medium-size bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard and mash with fork to a desired consistency (about until the chunks of egg look like chopped onions).

  2. Mix in celery, onions, dill, and salt.

  3. Spoon and spread out egg mixture onto a slice of bread. Top with lettuce and other bread slice. Serve.
