Fastest Chili West of the Mississippi

Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Onions, diced (1/2 onion)
Red bell peppers, chopped (1 pepper)
Chili powder (2 tsp)
Garlic powder (2 tsp)
Paprika (2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground beef (1 lb.)
Diced tomatoes (one 15-oz. can)
Red kidney beans (one 16-oz. can)
Beef broth (1 1/2 cups)
Heat oil in a large stockpot on high heat. Add onions, peppers, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and saute for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 4 minutes).
Add tomatoes, kidney beans, and broth. Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Dish and serve.
