Perfect Baked Potatoes

Russet potatoes (as many as you want)
Olive oil (2 tsp)
Salt & Pepper
Butter (1/2 tbsp per potato)
Sour cream (1 tbsp per potato)
Cheddar cheese (a large pinch per potato)
Bacon bits (1 tsp per potato)
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
For each potato you plan on baking, set out one 10x10-inch sheet of tinfoil. With a brush or the back of a spoon, paint each sheet with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Poke each potato with about a dozen fork holes, then wrap with a sheet of oiled foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Take out and unwrap. Cut thin wedges lengthwise in each potato and insert butter. Let cool for about 2 minutes, then fill with sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits. Serve.
