Radish and Carrot Salad
Both radishes and carrots are known for having the lowest calorie density of any food. You could eat well over one thousand medium-size radishes before having the energy you might gain from a Big Mac. You could also eat up to three pounds of carrots to match the calorie count from a serving of french fries. In fact, the teaspoon of honey in this recipe could be substituted for one whole carrot. The message to be gleaned here is that vegans will never survive the apocalypse.
