Crushed saltine crackers or dried breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
Cream cheese (1/4 cup)
Green shallots, chopped (1/4 cup)
Garlic powder (1/4 tsp)
Salt & pepper
White mushrooms (about 24)
Dried parsley (2 tbsp)
Preheat oven to 375 °F.
In a medium-size bowl, mix together crackers/breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, shallots, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Load mushroom cavities with the mixture until it just barely overflows. Lay out on a greased baking sheet.
Bake until tops are golden brown (about 25 minutes). Take out and sprinkle on parsley. Serve.
