Sweet and Sour Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
Ground beef (1 lb)
Eggs (2)
Bread crumbs (1 1/2 cups)
Saltine crackers (15 crackers)
Worcestershire sauce (1/4 cup)
Ketchup (1 1/2 cups)
Concord grape jelly (1 1/2 cups)
White vinegar (1 tsp)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 °F
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, crackers (crushed), and Worcestershire sauce (using hands). Shape into golf ball-sized spheres and set on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
In a large saucepan, mix together ketchup, jelly and vinegar. Add meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on rice or mashed potatoes.
