This Moksal is Shaped Like a Pancake
Imagine if every pancake were made of fat juicy pork meat. Now imagine it the other way around. Which world would you rather live in?

Prep: 5 min | Cooking: 15 min | Total: 20 min
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil (1/2 tbsp)
Onions sliced (1/2 sweet onion)
Apple cider vinegar (2 tsp)
Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
Green beans (1 fistful)
Thinly sliced moksal (4 slices)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
Heat olive oil on a skillet on medium-high heat. Toss in onions and saute for 6 minutes. Drizzle vinegar and Worcestershire sauce over top, stir, and let it sizzle for a bit. Stir in garlic and green beans and continue cooking for another minute.
Push onions to one side of the skillet and skoot that side of the pan off the heat. Place one moksal slice on the pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry and flip until browned on both sides. Remove the meat from the pan and repeat this process to cook the other 3 slices.
Plate meat (1 slab per plate) with vegetables and serve.
